About Us
Since 1992, Aurora Sales Inc has represented some of the best Building Material manufacturers to customers including: Independent Hardware Wholesalers, Distributors, Retailers, Specialty Dealers and Lumber Yards. Our team covers 11 Midwest and Southern states, but through our customers we have distribution into another 16 states. We focus on residential and light commercial building material categories including Kitchen & Bath, Interior & Exterior Building Products, Millwork, Plumbing, Roofing, and Water & Sewer.
Our goal is to provide an excellent buying experience between our manufacturers and customers.

Shawn Puster
President & CEO
My focus is to build and maintain excellent relationships between the manufacturers we represent and the customers we serve. I achieve this by being in the field daily to understand what our customer’s needs and expectations are so we can provide solid insight to our manufacturers. After 35 years in the building materials arena, I keep an open mind in the present and look to the future to help make the adjustments needed to allow our company to be successful.
My wife Joanne and I have 5 adult children. We enjoy outdoor activities, traveling and spending time with family and friends.

Jo Puster
Owner/Sales
I have spent most of my life in sales of various kinds. I owned and operated a coffee shop for 10 years, spent a few years in food sales and am now a realtor. Honesty and integrity are extremely important to me, along with good communication. I enjoy working with people and helping them meet their needs.
My husband Shawn and I have five adult children that we love to spend time with. I enjoy traveling, hiking, biking and finding new experiences. My happy place is the beach. I also volunteer with a local social justice organization with my daughter Rys. The two most important things in my life are my relationship with God and my family.

I currently reside in Florida, with my Yorkie Italia. When I’m not spending time with friends and family, I enjoy kayaking, biking and working with a local social justice organization.

I have 30+ years’ experience in customer service. I strive to help each of our customers with any and all needs they request.
I have a good relationship with the manufacturers we represent so that makes the daily tasks easier for everyone.
I live on a small sixth generation farm with my son. I enjoy cooking, gardening and am active in my church.

Inside Sales Representative
I have one year experience in building materials. I am always available and ready to assist the customer with their product questions.
My husband Elvis and I have one daughter, Cayley. We enjoy the outdoors and spending time with family and friends.

Larry Miller
Territory Manager
I grew up working with my dad in our family’s garage door business. Even before I finished school, I was learning to install doors. I spent the next 40+ years learning every aspect of the industry from installation, service, repair, and sales. All these skills helped me when I purchased the company and continued growing what my dad started. I later sold the business, but continued working there in sales, which is the role I love the most. In my career, I have built and maintained solid relationships with customers and suppliers alike, some beginning 40 years ago.
My wife Carol and I have two adult children, one dog, two grandchildren and one grand-puppy. When I’m not spending time with them, I enjoy hunting, fishing and playing softball.

Having been in customer service for 15 years and in this industry for over three years, I enjoy helping others while building and maintaining customer relationships.
I learned about sales and customer service early from helping my grandma in her store, which has always stuck with me.
I live in Tennessee with my husband, daughter, and two dogs. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family, camping, hiking, and traveling.

My background and experience started in Ohio at my father’s business
in the logging and lumber industry. A recent move to Florida has allowed for new adventures.

The last ten years of work have given me opportunities to develop skills and a love for business administration with a focus on bookkeeping and finance.
I’ve enjoyed problem solving, developing new administrative processes, and applying these to a growing and ever evolving finance and administrative department. I’m excited to be with Aurora Sales and support the administrative team in this way.
I live in Ohio with my husband, three year old son and we are expecting another baby boy at the end of this year. When I’m not working, I enjoy playing outside with my son, family adventures to local eateries and lazy weekends at home together.
